Investing in Global Securities through Vested Global IFSC Private Limited

Please read this carefully before proceeding.

Angel One Investment Services Private Limited ("Ionic Wealth") has a referral arrangement with Vested Global IFSC Private Limited ("Vested"), a broker-dealer entity operating out of the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), GIFT City, regulated by the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA). Under this arrangement, Ionic Wealth acts purely as a Referrer and directs interested clients to the Vested platform.

Please note the following before you proceed:

1. Ionic Wealth is not an agent, partner, or representative of Vested, and does not participate in the onboarding, advisory, execution, custody, or any other operational aspect of the services offered by Vested.
2. Independent platform. If you choose to proceed, you will be routed to the Vested platform/environment.
3. Exclusion of Indian securities market protections. Given that Vested and its underlying securities fall outside the Indian securities market, please note that:
   • no rights or protections available to investors under the bye-laws and regulations of Recognised Stock Exchange(s), or under Indian securities laws, shall be available to you;
   • no dispute resolution mechanism administered by Recognised Stock Exchange(s) shall be available to you; and
   • no investor grievance redressal mechanism administered by Recognised Stock Exchange(s) shall be available to you.
4. No advice or recommendation from Ionic Wealth. Ionic Wealth does not endorse, recommend, or advise on any specific security, product, or investment strategy offered on the Vested platform.
5. Independent due diligence. You are required to independently evaluate and conduct your own due diligence on any investment products or securities available through Vested before investing. Investments in overseas securities carry risks including currency risk, market risk, and regulatory risk.
6. Your recourse is with Vested. For any grievance, dispute, service issue, or query relating to your investments made through Vested, you may reach out to Vested directly for resolution. Ionic Wealth is not the appropriate point of contact for any such matter and shall redirect any such query back to Vested.

By proceeding, you confirm that you have read and understood the above, that you wish to explore overseas investment options on your own initiative, and that you release Ionic Wealth and its affiliates from any liability arising from your use of the Vested platform or your investment decisions made thereon.

2. Consolidated Portfolio Statement

A. Consolidated Portfolio View - Consent

You currently hold (or may in future hold) investments through Vested Global IFSC Private Limited ("Vested IFSC"), accessed via the Ionic Wealth app. If you would like to view a single, consolidated summary of your domestic investments and your global investments (held through Vested) in one statement, Ionic Wealth requires your specific consent to receive your portfolio data from Vested for this purpose only.

By providing your consent below, you authorize Vested to share your global investment holding details with Ionic Wealth solely for the purpose of generating a consolidated portfolio statement for your viewing convenience. Ionic Wealth will not use this data for any other purpose, including solicitation, advice, or cross-selling. Ionic Wealth does not verify the accuracy of data received from Vested and is not responsible for its correctness.

This consent remains valid until withdrawn by you. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to product@ionic.in, after which your consolidated statement will no longer include the Vested portfolio details.

B. Footnote

The investments reflected are transacted through Vested Global IFSC Private Limited ("Vested"), a separately licensed broker-dealer operating under the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA). These details have been included in this consolidated statement solely for your convenience and at your specific request, to enable a single-view summary of your overall portfolio. The data hereinabove has been provided by Vested, and Ionic Wealth has not independently verified its accuracy or completeness. Ionic Wealth does not provide advice, manage, execute, or have custody over these holdings, and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the data presented herein or for any investment decisions made in respect of these holdings. For records relating to your global investments, please refer to the statements issued directly by Vested.
